Clients are responsible for scheduling and rescheduling appointments. We recommend booking services in advance to ensure availability. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for our services will be provided upon request or can be found on our website. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as specified.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 24 hours of the service, and we will make every effort to rectify the issue.
